CSC Shenzhen bay headquarter projectfavourably located next to the Shenzhen Bay.Relying on the super location, the Plan is to attract super economic strengths to erect a super city image, that is, to make the area a model of new costal lifestyle in Shenzhen.
In line with the core concept of “Shenzhen Bay Cloud City”, it will build a model of future cities which, based on smart cities and three-dimensional cities, reach a high cohesion of virtual space and physical space, and will complete the layout of Shenzhen Bay to form a world-class coastal city skyline.
Instead of create another mega structure, in this study we mainly focus on implementing the results de-rived from continuous urban research of us, to define a new strategic for a new cbd in shenzhen. this study attempts to redefine the city layers from historical chinese city an transform the current passive policy adapting city planning method to more effective and positive design method by turning skirt build-ings, high-rise towers and public space to a multiple dimensional layer-city. the previous design method made skirt building only response to business benefit.
The traditional tower consists of two parts: the podium and the tower. The podium is part of the urban public part and the urban mechanism. The tower becomes an important element of the city image and the skyline. The relationship between the two segments creates the urban publicity in the vertical direction. Missing.
Break through the traditional urban types and optimize the existing tower types, and extend the urban publicity in the vertical direction. According to the factors such as natural light and wind, the tower structure is optimized, and the public communication platform is used as a design element to extend vertically in the tower.
In addition to existing aisian urbanism standard paradim interms of vertical city, we atempt to add another layer of connection of nature. Within clusters we created multiple layers of connection serve for different live and work purposes and conditions. Traffic connections has been well acommondated on multilever first floor which braught public traffic, main road traffic and basic traffic systems together as a intergal system. It also bring people with differen pedastrain experience in differen levels.
The China electronic Shenzhen Bay Project showcases two very different types of office design. Most projects are integrated into a range of typical spaces that can deduce and expand traditional office models. The re-combined office building is supported by a special structural system that allows buildings to independently echo the city. Projects at the corporate clubhouse next to the new office can be combined with existing Office projects. Like autonomous buildings, each building in the city has a different relationship. There is an enterprise clubhouse adjacent to these special offices, and the clubhouse can be combined with the current Office project.
Building concession: Three-segment tower, the bottom and upper end of the corresponding concession treatment. Bottom retreat gives the tower a relatively spacious entrance square at the bottom, increasing the sense of ritual in the building. The upper part of the south Side block tower back down, so that the south side of the building city interface more affinity, the north side of the building on the upper part of the concession, increase the lighting at the bottom of the building, while making the entire building group more open, North and south of the visual corridor more spacious. The visual relationship of the whole building group is more abundant.
Building torsion: In order to increase the visual openness of the office of the North side Block tower, the tower is rotated at a certain angle. Rotate the T1 counterclockwise 15 degrees so that the building is facing Hong Kong. To the CEC main tower to give the significance of international openness, but also better in line with the Chinese electronic corporate culture. T2 rotates 15 degrees clockwise, allowing the tower to face the Nanshan district of Shenzhen.
The CEC Cultural Corridor is composed of public transportation space, network security display space, integrated circuit display space, information, data display space, new display, high-tech electronic display space, and multi-level public transportation space to integrate four corporate culture display units. And integrate with the connected buildings to become a cultural, leisure and entertainment space shared by the four towers.
The open landscape platform, landscape balcony, sunken plaza and roof garden form a series of independent and intercommunicated landscape platforms. Each of the three-dimensional gardens has a different space, giving each tenant and owner a unique space. Compared with the screen-style commercial buildings in Shenzhen Bay, these newly-built and diverse public spaces can better reflect the garden effect of traditional Chinese space and increase the affinity of the city.The landscape balcony, the central landscape platform constitutes a vertical greening system, and the multi-level greening system is combined with the public platform to form an open urban public space.
